My-Screensaver.net hereby gives you a non-exclusive license to use the my-screensaver.net service.
For demo subscription, the license is granted, and is time-limited.
For full featured subscription you have to pay a subscription fee.
When you upload your photos on my-screensaver.net you hereby grant my-screensaver.net a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to publish, distribute, store, display, create and reproduce derivative works.
You may:
- use my-screensaver.net on any computer so long as the primary user is the same person;
- upload and remove your photos on my-screensaver.net;
- create, remove, share and distribute screensavers published on my-screensaver.net.
You may not:
- permit other individuals to use your my-screensaver.net subscription;
- modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble screensavers;
- create derivative works based on screensavers;
- rent, lease, transfer or otherwise transfer rights to my-screensaver.net subscription;
- upload any illegal content to my-screensaver.net.
TERMINATION.
The license will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with the limitations described above.

The entire risk as to the quality and performance of the service is borne by you.
My-Screensaver.net IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY CHARACTER INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF GOODWILL, WORK STOPPAGE, COMPUTER FAILURE OR MALFUNCTION, OR ANY AND ALL OTHER COMMERCIAL DAMAGES OR LOSSES.
